Spring Equinox Deep Stretch Yoga

Spring Equinox Deep Stretch- Come welcome the season of Spring with deep stretching as we wake up and loosen up our bodies after a long winter. We will learn some breathing techniques to assist us in our awakening process. This class is appropriate for all levels and no yoga experience is necessary.  Bring a mat and any other yoga props you might like.
